It's a battle of the Hard Workers verus the Talented, in both East and West. The Sabres and Oilers work their tails off every game, and sometimes hard work beats talent, especially in the playoffs (ask the Senators or the Red Wings). However, that style of play is exhausting. Can the Oilers and Sabres keep it up long enough to get to the Finals? Ryan Smyth's face is so gaunt he looks like a ghost in the post-season interviews...
Still, the Oilers have a decent shot at it, the way they are playing.
