FIrst place on the line
A battle of the Northwest. First place on the line, and the Canucks fail miserably. Taking too many stupid penalities and just not enough effort to win - Unfortunately. This was a disappointing game, and end result for me. I was so looking forward to having the bragging rights at work to all my fellow Calgary Flames fans. As luck would have it, I"ll have to grin and bear the heckling over the next few days. Better luck next time, we can only hope !!!! We'll get em next time - wont we?
Luongo made some amazing saves, its just too bad, the Canucks couldn't bury their chances. Being as outplayed as they were during portions of the game, the game was still very much winnable for them.
It was an entertaining game to be sure - Next time, the two points will be ours !

Well, it is going to be tough for them walking into Edmonton tomorrow night. The Oilers will be out for revenge and it will take a massive 60-minute effort from the Nuckleheads to survive it
It will be tough thats for sure. We can only hope they come out with a full 60 minute top notch effort. Edmonton is gonna be fired up !!!!!! I have complete faith in them however - ( that may be my downfall) haha
